CHRIS TUGWELL Born 1938 Chris Tugwell lives in Pretoria and has a studio in Hartebeespoort Dam. A self taught artist, Chris is a well recognized artist and has held numerous exhibitions overseas. He has recently completed a group exhibition in New York and has commissioned by the United States Embassy for R 750 thousand worth of art.
