RALPH DYKMAN Well – known artist and sculptor, was born in Rhodesia but grew up in KwaZulu-Natal, where he entered a professional painting career that spans a period of 40 years. One-man exhibitions have been held extensively throughout South Africa, as well as America and the United Kingdom; whilst Dykman paintings hang in many homes of leading South African fine art collectors. Apart from painting, Dykman has been commissioned to do portrait busts of well-known gentry. Another passion of this accomplished artist is clay modelling, which he intends to pursue amongst his other works, in the near future.
