PETER BOTHA Peter Botha was born in Johannesburg. He is a self taught artist and works in many different mediums. His highly sought after works are to be found in numerous Private as well as Corporate Collections, i.e. Nampac as well as various overseas Conglomerates. He has had numerous exhibitions throughout South Africa and Australia with other well known Artist. Nature and Wildlife is the main theme of his art-work. Botha uses his paint to create image over image, extending the eye and the imagination. His work reflects realism, but still conveys the intangible, dynamic energy of his subjects. |
