LINDA BESTER This husband and wife team have lived on a farm near Reitz for the past nine years. Francois paints are characterized by strong colourful ways of using the acrylic medium. Linda works mainly in oil and pastel. Linda’s work is influenced by the middle age Bizantine art and some ethnic africanism. Her unique way of portraying the Tuscan landscape is very popular amongst art buyers and collectors. Linda is a honours student from the art faculty of the University of Potchefstroom. She received the Gregoire Boonzaaier Bursary which is an accomplishment bestowed to few.
